Savannah's 3rd Birthday!

We celebrated Savannah's 3rd birthday on Saturday

at the Shaw's new house. It was a fun circus theme!

 

 

Jameson helped Mimi with the duck bucket

Greek Festival

We went to the Mid Cities Greek Festival on Friday evening.

It is sponsored by St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church where Lea attends.

 

 

We met up with Uncle Corey, Mimi and Papa

for some gyros and Mythos beer.

 

Lea cooked up some saganaki, Opa!

 

Then we got a private tour of their new building and worship area.

Big Foot!

First Fire

It got cold enough Saturday for us

to build our first fire of the year.

 

As you can see, Jameson loved watching.

 

And adding pine cones.

State Fair With The Winns

Jameson had his first State Fair visit

with the Winn's on Friday.

He was asleep before we left,

tuckered out from a long day.

Riverwalk, Alamo and New Braunfels

We ate breakfast at our hotel Friday morning

before heading out for a busy day.

 

 

Jameson did a little balancing in the room before leaving.

This was also Jameson's first visit to the Alamo...

 

...but definitely not his last.

 

We stopped at the Texas Lonestar Grill for lunch.

 

We ended up at Gran and Pop's house in New Braunfels...

 

...we had planned on going to the South Texas State Fair,

but a storm kept us on the porch.

 

I think he enjoyed watching the storm more than he would have the fair :)

 

Great end to a fun getaway weekend!

First Riverwalk Visit

We spent Thursday night on the Riverwalk.
